Not only is this a fantastifc printer with all the bells and whistles but their tech support is knowledgeable and quickly respond to problems. No long waits on the phone. We had a new install problem that appeared to be the printer but with tech support discovered it was probably our router. I scanned something to my pc and I didn't hear anything. Finally I looked in my folder and behold I had 3 scanned copies. I felt really dumb . Can't wait to get this baby going.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had 2 other Epson printers and have been pleased with them. I have not been able to go wireless, so this is a disappointment for lap top and iPad use.

I really am impressed with all the features this printer has to offer.
I have it connected to my wireless home network, and it performs flawlessly. Having the ability to send to the printer from the internet is a boon. I have captured pictures away from home with my BlackBerry and sent them directly to the printer.
Time will tell if I am still impressed with the features and performance.

Great features - feels fragile

This device has all the features you would need. Output quality so far has been very good. Printing duplex is very fast. Setup was a breeze. Had all 3 pcs printing within 30 minutes.
The color ink levels were not accurate with brand new cartridges. Don't know why.
The paper drawer feels cheap. As does the output tray. This is biggest complaint. It even sounds cheap.
Haven't tried the CD/DVD print software yet. Looking forward to trying it.
