Whar a surprise!!!

I bought this printer refurbished... I was looking for some "little guy" for my home and I really got blow out. About 30 minutes after open the box the set up was finish, done just by dropping the CD and following very easy and short instructions. Artisan has never been advertised as a great photo printer; but I found that up to 5"X7" it gives a better quality than any minilab in town. Fax, Scanner and Copy Machine on top of that, you get a machine that can handle the task on hand. I have been against buying refurbished or scrath and dent equipment; but I see that from Epson Store anyone can get a practically new equipment, with waranty for a price that save you from 30% to 50% of your money... And last but not least: the staff really takes care of you and your order in a wonderful way. (An additional note: Today I received my new Stylus Pro 7900... Oh Lord, I am dying for finishing the set up and start using this machine)

We use this for home/office work, yet it prints beautiful photos! We had technical problems at first, but they were immediately resolved with Epson tech department.

Amazing Printer

This printer has far passed my expectations! I recently printed off a picture from a camera for my neighbor. They needed it to scan for a website this picture wasn't even on the correct paper type and it came out beautifully!! It was alittle confusing at first trying to figure out the setup as it is wireless and in the beginning I couldn't get it to print. After reviewing the online manual it all came together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Printer in the Market

Amazing colors, fast printouts, easy to set up and configure. Above all, I like the iCloud integration. I can print from all of my family's smartphones and tablets; even from any computer using Epson Connect. My friends can now send their pictures directly to my printer.
Great product with today's technologies!

Absolutely the best printer I have owned bar none, easy to set up and connect to other computers on my home network, nothing else can be said, it is loaded with features and the price is low, Epson hit a home run with this printer. Tom D

I have only had my printer a short while but find it very user friendly. It replaces an older Epson which I was thrilled with and so far has exceeded my expectations.

Sanning Software

While I enjoy the print quality of this Artisan 837 printer, I'm not as pleased with the scanning software program, I've used other printer, scanning software, that is easier to access, and has more editable features included, located all in one location, not having to click one program to scan, then another to fax, etc.... other than that I truly am please with the quality of my printing, I did notice that, I've only had this printer for a week, and my black ink cartridge is already half gone, while the other ink wells, are still fairly full.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

I bought this printer primarily for printing on Cd's/DVD's. The included software is very weak for the creative minded individual. I found better labeling software which is unbeatable for this application. What I do like about the 837 is it's ability to be very precise for the printing registration, with full adjustment ability to achieve this. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cartridges included do not last long because of the setup, which takes a fair amount of time but is very strraight forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!
