This is my first epson printer, I am totaly pleased with the wifi printing. My photo's are amazing!!! this has to be the best printer I have ever owned. Thank you Epson for making my life easier and making it posssible for me to print great photo's at home.

Great Printer

This is my 6th Epson printer. I am replacing an Epson RX700. The Artisan 837 is another great improvement. Very easy to install and set-up. Great print quality on photos and text. I set it up for both USB and network access. The best technical support when compared to any other electronic product I own. I would recommend Epson to anyone looking for "the best".

This is my 3rd Epson printer in 10 years. Excellent features, easy to setup, prints wonderful pictures.
I stick with Epson as previous 2 printers were 5 years old and still working when I gave them to family. Never had any problem with them and I am confident, this one will work for a while too.
Built-in network allows me to use the printer on any computer, setup was as easy as if the printer was connected to the computer.
Keep up a good job Epson!!!

Great MFP

I purchased this printer to replace a 2 year old printer that was failing. This printer has it all, prints on CD/DVD Media, has both wired & wireless and I am able to disable the wireless and only use the wired connection, nice size touch panel and worked flawlessly right out of the box and installing the software was a breeze. The CD printing software is easy to use. Also, it uses individual ink colors so you only have to replace the ink color that is empty. The only small issues I have is that it makes a noise when it is going to print - like an engine starting and the scanning software could use a little improvement. But I would recommend this printer to friends and family.

I purchased the Epson Artisan last night. The Epson was easy to get set up after getting some sleep. The print tasks that have been assigned come out very clear and impressive. I am very impressed with the equipment thus far and the days to come will be the true test. I had my old Epson for five years and had no complaints other than it didn't have the quality that this Artisan has. Scanning is awesome and the images that I tested after loading the scanning driver was awesome. I look forward to using this copy/scan/fax machine for years to come.

Everything I Need, Except Duplex Scanning

This is a great all-in-one with easy setup and really easy to use. I got it up and running with 15 minutes from unpacking; scanned documents, copied documents, printed photos. The only dislike of this product is that it does not scan double-sided documents well. There is no duplex scanning with the ADF or on the glass. Further, there are no options to add additional pages to a scanned document.
