Fantastic Printer

This is the best printer for all around use plus,you dont need a good camera when using this printer for photo printing because it prints photos in amazing clarity and, twice the speed of others I have owned. Fantastic!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Photo colors are great.

NOTE: Reproduction of picture on printer screen is poor, it appears to be in black and white.
However this does not interfere with the quality of the finished print.
I would recommend this to a friend!

issue: white dust coves all over the outside and window for reason which are very unclear
downside.... but it was a great price and has lots of options... would love to know ahat white dust is and how to prevent it

Only had one week but love it so far

I have only had this printer for one week so it is still early to tell. It was fairly easy to set up, sturdily built and linked up to my wireless network effortlessly. It prints from my Ipad which I love. It prints clear and fast. Scanning and copies are a breeze. So far I love this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Artisan 837 is one very nice all in one printer.
I have only used it for a few days, but I'm very impressed. It's very fast, both in printing and scanning. The color is really true and correct. Very happy so far.

I recently purchased an Epson Artisan 837 all in one to replace my Hewlit Packard all in one. So far I am having a hard time scanning. I can't seem to get it to scan and then print the original the same size as the original. Maybe it's just a setting but I can't seem to figure it out. Also when you go to edit a scan it won't let me edit. Not real user friendly so far. Doesn't have very good instructions attached either. Maybe if I got some tech help I might like it. To soon to tell for sure.

The Artisan is replacing an Epson RX700. To me the Rx700 was more user friendly. I don't care for the paper loading of the Artisan especially for envelopes. The Artisan does print pictures very well. My overall preference for printers is Epson. The color printing with Epson is much superior to others.
