I am pleased with the performace of the Artisan 837. As I followed the detailed directions for installation, all went smoothly. The clarity of the text and pictures that I have printed are excellent.

This printer is awesome. I have never invested this amount in a printer before and I have to say this printer is an investment well made. It meets all my needs and wants plus some. I hope my EPSON Artisan 837 and I are together for a long time to come. WOOOOOOO!!!! BEST PRINTER EVER =D

My current Epson printer is a Photo R320 style printer and purchased due to the "Non-run", "Non-Smear" qualities & CD/DVD direct printing capabilities. However, continue having Black ink Nozzle clogging requiring constant cleaning so I purchased this model. Very pleased with the rapid drying of the ink until finding the NEW Supplied ink smears under minimal amount of moisture spread across the printed surface of "ink jet" quality labels. Still like the product, but question the "non-smear / non-ink run" qualities". Only other issue, fragile plastic trays for printed pages. Easy to damage. Otherwise will continue to purchase Epson due to better ink quality than most manufacturers

A lot in a small package

This machine is cutting-edge for the small office: it has four functions, plus an automated document feeder, but on top of that very sophisticated electronics using a touchscreen, including wi-fi, which of course eliminates cords and thus allows everyone throughout the office to use it through the wi-fi network. Every intelligent option in each of the four functions has been thought of. The ADR folds away when not in use, leaving a sleek, attractive unit. Oh, and the quality of the printing and copying is excellent. It's really quite a lot for no more than the price of an Android smartphone, and less than some.

First 2 were broken or corrupt this thing is awful

I can't even be bothered taking the time to review this printer. It is terrible. I am only printing labels for products I make-and its all blotchy and gross. No matter what setting I use. I haven't even tried printing a photo because I have such high doubts it will even work. The first printer I got worked for 20 seconds and then stopped-it was corrupt. The replacement arrived with a cracked touch screen. The third is what I have now, and its just not great. The paper gets stuck all the time and it prints slightly crooked. What a waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Energy Star, Epson, Wi-Fi? Hello?! It's my ideal all-in-one package and it literally is an all-in-one printer. This is the most expensive printer I've ever owned, but it proved that it is worth every penny after just one day of use. I am an actor who works from home and this baby is as valuable as my iMac. I love it!!

This was the easiest printer I have bought to set up and get running. While I have not used it much it looks very promising and I am very plesed with this purchase.
