The printer never worked correctly from the outset. I get paper feed errors and can not make it work no matter how I set the feeder. Clearly, there is an issue. I am not even going to send it back....going in the trash. I bought a Workforce 4530 printer and that seems to be higher build quality. I am extremely disappointed with the Artisan 837!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Printer is very easy to set up and use. The photo print quality is excellant. No smearing, streaks and drys fast

I had been using Epson for many many years, for the quality and the strong built in materials that they use in their products. This printer went beyond my expectations, and I'm very happy with the job that this printer is doing for me.

Amazingly to set-up. Once it attached to my WiFi network, the other devices just got connected. I really love the large display. I wanted a printed that would print from my tablets as well as my chromebook. The Epson 837 meets that need. I was also surprised how easy the fax was to set up. I would reccommend this printer to anyone.

When it was time to update I knew it would be an Epson. I just updated my printer & separate flat scanner with the Epson Artisan 837.
So simple to install. Great features. Uses very little space & quiet.
I would highly recommend this product and all Epson products my friends.

Easy To Install

My IT person was out of town and I needed a new printer. I ordered from Epson.com and it arrives a few days later. I installed it in less than 30 minutes. By the way I have never installed a printer before. Thank You for making it so easy to do. Excellent copies...Looking forward to pictures...steve
