Artisan 837--SUPER!

Haven't used it long but so far I LOVE IT! Very easy to set up, easy to use, quality output. Cleared my desk of four pieces of equipment! Used the scanner, CD printer, copier, fax-to-email, and of course document printing--all works wonderfully with no glitches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer!

I doubt you could buy a better quality printer, I ESPECIALLY LIKE HOW EASY IT WAS TO SET UP AS A WIRELESS PRINTER, IT WAS AUTOMATIC!
Use with Epson ink and Epson paper, for awesome prints, thius makes a difference, especialy the water resistence feature. Cheap paper or ink, no good! This printer is fast and makes very beautiful photos! and it is very quiet, there's no better printer anywhere!

Artisan 837 - Great Printer

I have always used Epson printers, And so far this has been a very good choice to pick. It was snap easy to open the box and hook it up within minutes and was going on to my business. Quality, speed and technology is great in one box. I can print anywhere from my home within seconds.
Would highly recommend it.

Rejection

I can't remember the exact content of my previously rejected review of the Artisan 837. I'm worried that this review could also be rejected, so here goes anyway. It's a good AIO, so far. The printer was installed two days ago, so haven't had enough time to truly evaluate. However, it was a snap to install, instructions clear and direct and the few copies made so far look vey good. The printer is hard-wired to my computer and I have not yet attempted the Wi-Fi functions. The display panel is improved over the '810' that I have been using for about three years, (it started to jam). One good feature of the Artisans is the longevity of the ink cartridges. I seem to replace cartridges much less frequently than many other types of printers I have used in the past. Saves a lot of money!

This is by far the best printer that I have ever owned. It was very easy to set up. I was impressed by the way that it read my encryption code from my computer when setting up the wireless connection. The picture quality is much better than expected. Printing cds was an unexpected suprise and easy to do. Overall, I would highly recommend this printer.

Good product

My (second) old Epson CX6600 died recently. Although I explored other brands, as well as Epson, I have always been happy with the product, and the tech support.
My computer skills are modest, but it was relatively simple to set up everything. (Almost everything-there is no phone outlet in the room where the computer is set up, but I do not care about faxing). I agree with others that the paper tray feels flimsy, but everything works. I reprinted a photo to compare to the 6600, and the quality was superior.
I am still getting to know the machine, but overall, I am happy with it.

Install wireless problems

I followed the instructions but was unable to get the printer installed without technical assistance. They were very professional and helpful. I was able to install with their help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To date this is by far the best printer I have ever owned. The quality is outstanding. The ease of connecting to other computers really impressed me.
