great printer

I love my Epson printers. Have the Artisan 800 and the Artisan 837. Just set up the 837 wirelessly and found it was easy, even though I am not too computer savvy. I print a lot of photographs and do some graphic work. These printers suit my needs well. If I buy a large format photo printer, it will be an Epson. Color and clarity are excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Machine

This unit does it all and has a easy to use touch screen. Experianced a slight problem trying to get ink intialized... seems you must use included ink cartridge and not a partially used one from the previous machine. Would like to has paid a few dollars more and got the USB cable needed to set up. I did not have correct cord and had to hardwire. Overall outstanding machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just started using the new printer so don't have alot of feelings about it yet! The print quality is great but lets see if it lasts. The tray seems "Cheap" but otherwise seems like a great printer. Like all the options and seems user friendly so far. The scanning is much easier than my old printer was to use. Tim will tell!

I found the Artisan 837 a joy to use. The front panel touch screen is clear and helpful. So far I have printed, copied, scanned and printed stunning color photos, which I found far superior to prints from either my HP 9260C or 1220C printers. I am sure the FAX will work fine when I need it. I know the inks are a bit expensive, but like the 6 individual cartridges. Set up was easily accomplished, although I had to download the set up as the CD would not activate (they are sending me one).

This printer is amazing. Very easy to set up. Super easy to use. Picture quality is accurate and quite clear. Colors are tac on.

810 837

Had an 810 for about 2 years and loved it it took me quite a few tries to get it to hook-up wirelessly as did my new 837, both printers are great for photos hands down the best I've owned and I've had quite a few.. The 810 used less ink than the 837 and the 837 seems to like LT Magenta the most, I know that sounds crazy but so far it's true and I've used it now for 9 months I think I've used 3 more of them than the other colors... I loved my 810 too but got a great deal at Staples for the 837 and bought it and gave my 810 to my daughter who now loves it as well. I just changed my wireless modem cause I never got the new 837 to hook-up to my Belkin modem and it was a good one so now I have the Net gear n600 duel and I had a ruff time to get it to hook-up to it,I finally re-installed the disc that came with the printer and went to "reset to defaults" on the printer and in an hour I finally got it, be careful as I had 2 837's now in my computer and one is a "Network 837" and that's the one you must check when using the Epson Photo Print program... now it works great and I'm very happy and will buy another when this one dies.... Epson all the way now still a better deal than the others...

I have had the Epson 837 for about 2 months and I am very happy with the printer.Photo's, Fax, Copy's,Speed, all excellent and fast. For the Money, the printer is excellent.
