THIS IS A STEP UP FROM THE 835 FOR US. WE ARE IMPRESSED WITH NEW FEATURES: ESPECIALLY THE COLORING BOOK FEATURE AS OUR GRANDCHILDREN WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME WITH THIS. OUR PHOTOGRAPHS ARE PRINTING WITH MORE CLARITY AS ARE THE GRAPHIC DESIGN ITEMS.

I have purchased the 800, 810 and now the 837 and would highly recommend to anyone. The picture quality is fantastic and regular printing is excellent and very speedy. (I did have a problem with the Automatice Feeder on the 810 at one time. Great Printer!

We were very impressed with the features offered by this printer and the sale price make it practically a no-brainer to buy.
The set-up was the easiest I've ever done with anybody's printer! Very straighforward and user friendly. The wireless connection even set up without me having to string USB cables to get it done.
We've only just set this thing up but if it's overall performance it anything like what we've seen so far this will have been one of our best technology purchases ever.

I love my new printer. It works great and was easy to install. The only issue I have is that when I installed it on my desk top, it crashed and won't ome on.

Hooked up great to PC then loaded onto Mac Book for wireless. All print preferences worked as requested image size and layout on pref.
Bingo a high quality print 1st time.
So far I love it!

So many features

Besides being a fairly fast and good printer, the remote print from a smart phone, a borrowed PC or any device that can send an e-mail is great. I can be anywhere and print to this printer through e-mail and it's totally spam free with the right settings. I've not had any problems with the plastic paper tray despite some of the questions by others. I've owned a lot of printers dating back to the dot matrix days and this is the best one with the most features. the cost of the ink is not bad and after the first cartriges load the print heads you get fairly good yield, especially for the price.

Very easy to set up. Prints quick if you just want text and the two sided printing is great. The feeder for the scanner is also a big time saver. I haven't tested the photo quality yet, but it is an Epson, so I expect it to be perfect.
