Great all-in-one. I can find no flaws in photo printing, scanning, copying and general printing use. I don't use the fax or wireless features. I would give it a 4 star rating but for the fact that Epson inks are outrageously priced.

Happy with this product. I had a problem downloading set up from the CD provided, but once I used the on line set up, everthing worked fine. I am very pleased with quality of the color printing. I am not a professional printer, but it gives so much more detail to the photos. Above all else, the toner cartridges are the best. The toner cartridges are separate so, for example, if you run out of red, you do not need to buy a whole color cartrdige. You only need to buy one for the color red and the cartridges are very affordable. Epson, I believe you have a winner here.

Good Choice

Decided to replace an older printer we used for inkjet color. We wanted to be able to use it from multiple PC's, and laptops in house. Found the wireless very simple to set up. It gave great color directly out of the box. We were not certain if we needed a photo printer as we seldom print our digital photos, but it has turned out great to be able to label our backup photo DVD's and CD's with pictures. Something we forget to do. Prints great simple to work with and loads ink quickly. Unlike some previous printers this one does a good job of telling us how full the various ink cartridges currently are.
Glad that we bought a printer that could do double sided. So far have not needed to use the scanning, but it is nice to no longer need to give up additional space to a flatbed scanner that could not load pages on its own.
Pretty good instructions which work just fine except on days when the internet is offline. Good choice for the money.

The set up was easy & went smoothly. The print is clear, sharp and easy to read, colors do not bleed or smear. Very pleased with this all in one printer!

Nice concept, poor wireless performance

Prints very nice & fairly fast, easy to set up and use. However, it doesn't "remember" wireless network and we're always having to set it up again and again. AirPrint doesn't remember multiple iPhones and you need to use it through a separate router for more consistent results (when it remembers the router address)! Disappointed since we bought it for the AirPrint "capability." BLUETOOTH WOULD BE BETTER!
