I have had the 837 all-in-one now for several months and have the following to report: The print is very clear and it is fairly quick. However, two or three sheets come out at the same time and the machine states there is a paper jam and there is not. I suggest you fix this problem in future machines if you want to stay in business. Very annoying!!!

Not Epson's Best

Continual problems with the paper feed mechanism. Lots of paper jams. Also having to clean print nozzels frequently. Prints beautiful quality photos when it works.

Multiple problems

Regardless of paper settings or type of paper it often picks up multiple sheets. Finally gave up and put only 1 sheet at a time in. Have had multiple errors with cd tray even though it has never been used. The only way to resolve error and use printer again was to wipe out the drivers and completely reinstall. The only printer I have ever owned that blocks all printing if out of 1 ink. If you run out of a colored ink you can't print until it's replaced regardless of printing in black and white or color. If you need a printer on a regular/daily basis buy something else.

Downloaded the install disc from the net. Printer connected to my network with ease. Although if number were a priority on this step it would have been quicker. Connected to my MAC Lion with ease and has been humming sense. Great print and photo quality.

We replaced an older Epson printer that we loved. The set up of the Artisan 837 was simple and quick. The directions on the CD guided us right through the set up of the printer/fax options. We were able to print documents from the computer in minutes. We also printed photos 4x6 and 8 x 10, both sizes were beautiful quality. Have not tried the fax feature yet. We have only used the Artisan 837 for one day, however, we hope to be able to get the same service from the new one as we had from our previous Epson. We are not computer experts at all but it seems to be very user friendly. The touch screen is simple to use.

Works perfect and easy to set up. I had to have wireless printer and this is idiot proof and very fast. Well priced too which is always a plus. Thanks!!!!!!

Picture Perfect!

I owned an Epson 400 series printer before so had high expectations for the quality of my photo prints. This printer blew those away. Printing incredible photos is so much fun I sort of lost track of how many prints I had made. I was pleasantly surprised at how little ink I had used when I finally checked. The set up was very simple, especially for this non-techie, and I absolutely love all the easy to use, touch screen, features. All this for a very competetive price point. I can't imagine any other printer beating what I got for the money.

Having problems

I have not had the chance to put this printer through all of its paces. It is my 6th Epson printer because I have always had good results but this one is giving me a problem in that it picks up more than one piece of paper at a time and prints on both. It is wasting my paper time and nerves. I am close to returning it.
