Had a different brand forever, when it broke I opted for the Epson. Based on the reviews, I hoped I would like it. Very attractive machine and prints beautifully.

This was the easiest network printer I have seen to set up. Installation was a breeze. The photo quality is awesome, I have printed scanned photos that turned out much better than the originals. I would definitely recommend this printer. For the price it is an excellent buy. I have not had to buy ink yet so I cant comment on the economy of the ink but the quality is very good the ink is totally smudge proof as soon as it comes from the printer. Overall very satisfied.

user manuals

I had a Epson 810 all in one, and just thought it was great. then I purchased the 837, works great, but I have to get the "user manual' off the net, I can't print a copy of it, what goes, I'd like to have the manual in my hands to study, not moving around with a mouse.....

I LOVE this printer!! It's so nice not to have to get up and take my laptop into the other room to print any more. And not only can the whole family print from their laptops, but you can email the printer and it prints it out too!! That means you can send it from your phone! When you have an email with attachments, it prints the attachments as well as the email. I am SOOOO excited about my new printer!!!!

The firmware upgrade was simple and we were printing wirelessly from our iPhone photo gallery immediately. The print quality was excellent!

Epson Artisan 837

I have only had this printer for a few weeks, but so far it seems to be a good one. Print and color quality is good. Be careful with the paper tray it's flimsy. Other than that it's good printer.

Artisan 837 is Excellent

I haven't had the printer very long, but so far I really like it. I set it up on my home network so it is wireless and I can print to it from our older PC downstairs. The print quality is great and I love the auto duplex feature. The individual ink cartridges are also nice because you do not have to replace a tri-color cartridge when only one color is empty. If you are looking for a full featured printer for a home office and you want to print pictures occasionally, the 837 is really worth a look.
