This is by far the best printer I have ever used. Had it since 2012 and haven't had any issues with it since... I love the Artisan 837 by Epson.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some features I have found especially helpful: ability to print manuals online, double-sided; ability to scan using document feeder; ease of use & quality of printing pictures.

Paper jam and won't send faxes

The quality of printing is excellent but the constant paper jams make printing a nightmare. The fax machine only receives faxes and will not send them. I have followed all instructions to get this working again with no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Printer

I was given this printer by my friend as a gift. It's an all in one printer and I use every feature it has. Great printer, great price, and I absolutely love it.
