The 837 is very ease to setup and operate. The wireless feature is excellent. I do wish that all ink refills would be standard though!

So far this one does not experience frequent paper jams as my previous Artisan 800. Yes, I had just one paper jam in 1 month of usage with this one.
Downside is the high price of ink (98,99).
My previous Artisan was damaged by inadvertently turning it off by a family member when jammed. Hope, the Artisan 837 is not so sensitive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer, but

Great printer. Does almost everything I would like a printer to do and does it well. Didn't realize at the time that it will not copy slides, which isn't a deal breaker, but would have been a nice feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this printer for photos and it does better than any other I have used. It also prints good quality B&W photos.

This is a great all in one printer. It is easy to use. The menus are easy to follow. The print quality is excellent and the photo printing is also really good quality. The all in one printer is shared with three home computers and works well for all. The ink cartridges are easy to change and I like having all the colors separated so there is no waste of color or printing without certain colors to use up the cartridge as in some of the older printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

.. almost - but one drawback

Could have been a great little unit except for the incredibly cheap plastic, very unreliable paper feed. So far , after a year of various kinds of projects, I can depend on this model to give me a "paper jam" error about 10% of the time. - Yes : one sheet out of 10, regardless of whether its plain or photo paper, gets me jammed up. Everything else about it is great !
It's a shame this constant source of aggravation will keep me from looking at another Epson when this one finally goes pork.

Artisan 835 Serve me well so I found a referb Artisan 837 on line couldn't be more pleased to bad Epson quit making this great printer.
