Less than stellar

Coming from an Epson Artisan 700, this is rather disappointing.
The Artisan 700 served me for 5 years without any print quality issues.
The new 837 arrived with problems right off the bat:
1) The CD printing was not aligned correctly on the disc. I had to make many adjustments and lost some discs because of this.
2) The paper handling is rather rough. Every time it loads a sheet it sounds like it's breaking something inside (a Big Thud).
This is not an "upgrade" from previous models by any means.
The Artisan 700 served me for 5 years without any print quality issues.

Programs don't run correctly

The printer runs fine, but now Microsoft word does not work and I can't get any updates for my computer. Very frustrated. I followed all directions for online setup. How do I get my programs to run correctly. I never had any problems until I installed this printer!

This is my third one after sending it back the other two that did not work properly. Third one I cannot print from my phone I'm sending it back maybe switching companies this time wasn't happy with it.

Greatest all-in-one yet!

Love all the features- like loading both photo 4x6 and regular paper, printing on both sides of the paper, printing CD/DVDs(labels), multiple document feeding, etc. Also the quality of color printing is fabulous. And love that I can replace one cartridge and it does not bankrupt me. Got mine for an unbelievable sales price also. Thanks Epson! (By the way, our first PC & printer were Epsons...Way back then.)

Photo quality not so great, can't copy using ADF

From the reviews I thought I would love this printer, but not so much. The print quality on photos leave a lot to be desired, and it won't allow me to copy documents from the Automatic Document Feeder. I must use the scanner glass, and it takes forever to print copies out when I use the scanner. Disappointing.
Set up was easy, wireless connection works fine, no complaints there. Fax feature also works well. Just wish copying was easier, and the photo quality was better. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend this printer.

Epson Artisan 837 All-in-One Printer

I absolutely LOVE this printer! Since 1990 I've owned numerous printers but none can compare to this Epson Artisan 837 All-in-One. I've made Copies, sent Faxes, and Scanned media either one sheet at a time or by auto-feeding numerous pages. I've also printed Photos in various sizes for a family collage! I can only imagine what more I could do if I ever read that pesky manual! I Highly recommend this printer.

Previously purchased re-furbed Artisan 800 and 810.
Artisan 810 is still being used.
The Artisan 837 looks and operates as a new printer. May purchase a 2nd for future..
