Had this Artisan 837 for 3 months now.
I was hoping to replace my Artisan 800 since it had given me great photos and service for a long time. I saw this refurbished 837 printer on the Epson site and had to try it at the great price.
It is everything I hoped for and more. Great printing, scanning and photo printing. Even has a nice doc feeder. I could not ask for more for my needs!
Got to thank Epson for the great deal and the great performance of the Artisan 837. And this refurbished printer is great!

This is the most fabulous printer that I have ever owned. I just love it. The only negative is that it was difficult to connect to the wireless network. But once that was done with the help of a Tech, I just love, love the printer. I have already recommended it to several friends. This is my second Epson printer and I am sold on Epson.

I've been an Epson fan for years. I have the 2200 wide printer and use the 837 for everyday use and and to print DVD's. That is the main reason that I bought the 837. I can make fast copies and scan all important papers. It's a great printer that works well with my needs. I also use the printer for photo's. I was very surprised that it printer so well compared to the 2200. Now I use the wide printer just for large prints and the 837 for photo's up to 5x7.

So our old faithful desk top croaked and we had to buy a new one. We decided that we needed a new printer as well. My wife is a photo nut and loves to print and frame her pictures. So after consulting a couple IT friends and some lets just say product specialists we decided on the 837. Well let me tell you. I own a small business and have found that this printer is basically perfect for it. So we went out and bought a second. That's how awesome it s.

Simply stated, I have owned 5 other than Epson brand "all in one" inkjet printers throughout the years, but this Artisan 837 is the most reliable, best in ink usage (saving you money), bang for the buck "all in one" inkjet printer I have purchased. I highly recommend this model.

I have owned the 837 for a year and it has worked fine. I like the two page feature. If you printing labels etc you need to remember to place your sheet upside down. I like to be able to print directly on a CD or DVD. So far so great.

Artisan 837 All-in-one printer

I've had my 837 printer for 26 months. It was producing excellence copies, DVD's, and CD's then it stopped printing out clear pictures, dvd's and cd's anything color was badly distorted. I contacted Epson on the problem, and my answer was ensure I was using Epson ink, and clean the heads if it was being used for lot of pringing, in which I was using to make DVD's for children's programs (10-15) DVD's And as many as 7 per church service weekly. Now it just does fair printing in black ink. I've cleaned the print heads several times as instructed by the support team at epson, use the correct ink, but still get the same distorted color printing.
