Can't say enough good things about the Artisan 837. I replaced an older R-200 because we needed higher quality for our videography business. We use it to produce cds, dvds, and their respective cases. Our customers love the improved graphics that help set us apart from the competition! It is very easy to use and very fast. A plus when we are trying to meet our deadlines.

it was cheap, but i wish id bought a different model. refilling the paper tray is awkward and often feeds 2-3 sheets of stock

Epson Artisan 637

I started with Artisan 810 then 835 and now 837. I like the way they copy CD/DVD designs to another CD/DVD. The 837 (didn't try the others) cleans up and prints most old photos good without a computer. The automatic print on both sides works well from a word processor but I don't know how to copy both sides to one page. My biggest complaint is Paper Handling. The paper catcher broke off the 810. They're still pretty flimsy. I can only put one glossy letter size page in at a time or it prints the bottom half on the next page. The pictures look great when the paper works right. There are a lot of helpful menus that don't solve all the questions but still help guide me. I would buy another 837 if I needed a printer.

My main goal when I made my purchase was good quality photos. The printer has given excellent quality in color and tones to Photographs right from my computer. I just love it. Printing is great, too. As a Senior Citizen, I am no expert to new technology, but found the instructions for hook up, ink and paper load a snap. Would highly recommend.

This is an all around excellent printer. It does photos in about 10 seconds and are beautiful. The double sided printing is especially beneficial in saving paper. The WIFI connection is excellent and easy to set up. The individual ink cartridges help you save money on ink.
