Artisan 837

I have an Artisan 800. I liked it very much. So I bought the duplexer. Shortly afterward the 800 had a problem with the waste ink pad: it was full. Then it did not work at all. I had this for only two years. So, I bought the 837, now it creaks when getting the paper to feed. I like the new features and display of the 837. I hope it has a year warranty. I kept the box, just in case I have to return the item. Then, short life span of product is disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

seems that this paper doesn't feed the paper through the printer very well. quality seems OK.

Works well, nice auto , verse side., print.A very nice way to print greeting cards. Can not make a mistake putting card back in to print other side.Great faxing.Easy to use & set up

I didn't have input into this purchase. Photos look great. Had major issues setting it up to print the first time. I got lots of messages saying there was a jam when there wasn't when printing on card stock. In 2 months I've replaced the black ink twice and two colors and I'm not a heavy printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my third Epson printer I've owned over the years. This one replaced my CX-5400. Great printer. I have used the fax and copy feature numerous times. The CD print capability is an added bonus. The w-fi works great. I can print from my laptop or iphone anywhere in the house and patio. Document printing is superb. Photo printing is even better. The built-in 4x6 photo tray comes in handy often. A great printer with multiple personalities.

I love the printer a lot but the fax driver couldn't be installed on my macbook air for some reason. but I still love it. The wifi printing is great, the supplies are great including the paper.
