As a teacher, I am enjoying the convenience & quality of this printer/copier. As a new grandma, I am loving the ease & quality of the photos!

When I received the printer I was surprised by the
size and weight. More than I expected. However, the installation and operation were quick and simple. Am using it as a wireless printer and have found it to be ready to go when called, sufficiently quick to print, and good quality. The scanner operation is good as well. Ink usage is probably a bit better than some -- but all cartridges go empty sooner than I would like. Screen panel easy to use.

Its a a great printer. It has all the things I need...send and receive fax, its a copier, photo printer and printing label directly to printable CD...Hooking up to the internet was a breeze. Not to mention printing from my smartphone and tablet was easy. I highly recommend this printer

Best PHOTO printer ever

I have had this printer for almost 6 months. I love it. The photo quality beats any printer I have ever used or seen. It is excellent on the ink usage and consistently reproduces fast and perfect photos every time. Everyone loves my printer. I highly recommend this printer. I love that I can load 3 different sizes of paper in it. You can always have 2 different sizes in there at all times.

I had an Epson Artisan 800 printer for several years, so when I needed a new printer I ordered the Artisan 837. They are very similar. I received and returned a defective machine, but the second machine came in short order, and I have been very happy with it. I use it mostly for printing, copying and scanning, occasionally for photos and faxing. I like the colors, and it is pretty fast and efficient.

very very happy with this printer the best I"ve ever used. I mostly use it to print off photos. most people want to know where I get my pictures printed at. its that good. just make sure you use Epson phot paper.

I started out loving this printer. The photos quality was great. 8.5x11 prints could not look better. However, after a coup[le hundred prints the feeder tray would continually screw up and not properly feed the paper. It might take several tries of continually pulling out the tray and adjusting paper position before a proper feed. That made it very difficult to use and quite disappointing because of the initial satisfaction with the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and fast. Only problem is that multiple sheets are pulled up when printing.
Other that that, a very fine all in one
