GREAT printer

This is a remarkable printer! Fast and quite. The CD printer and its soft ware are great and easy to use. I only wish the inks were cheaper.

Positives: This printer makes beautiful color pages and photos, and is quiet and fairly quick.
Negatives: The paper tray is waaaay too small and not friendly to refill. Must slide the top paper holder forward, and slide the paper adjuster each time to refill. It is necessary to pull the paper tray completely out in order for it to feed properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality Printer with Easy Controls

The 837 turns out high quality prints, has a large graphic touchscreen interface which is easy to use. It seems to use ink sparingly. There have been a few paper handling problems which knock my rating down to 4 stars. Ink cartridges are easy to replace. Overall it's a quality, dependable printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This most excellent printer was apparently TOO good since it's been replaced with another line of printers. However, if you can get your hands on one, don't hesitate. It does everything very well, and the photos are VERY well done.

837 is a great little printer. In addition to the usual black and white printing I use it to make a lot of in house posters, and it produces a clear and colorful product. The ink seems to last longer than on my previous printers, a big plus for me. It is also easy to change, and the paper is easy to load and does not get jammed. I have owned the printer about six months and am quite pleased.

When returning to print mode, the command doesn't remember the printer I was using, and this happens every time I go to print. Also, the fax mode has yet to work correctly. The paper tray is also extremely sensitive, and even while being very careful, paper still does not feed without crimping edge of paper.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best printer I ever owned. It faxes, copies both sides, scanner and printer. The print quality is superb. Text is sharp and very clear. The color pictures are unbelievable. It's just like a camera photo. The paper feed is excellent with no problems. It's well worth the price. I would recommend this to a friend.
