Ive only had time to set the printer up so far. The set up was very easy, it went off without a single problem. The Wi Fi is cool cause I can print from my laptop wirelessly!

Why Epson?

I've owned more than four different brands of printers over approx twenty years. Although I tend to stay with the brands with good results, its really nice to know as a consumer there are options.
The Epson (Artisan 837) is my newest hero! Extremely fast from a dead sleep! Intuitive operation, and very slick design. Outstanding for small office use and very good quality prints. I can say with confidence, this is the best of the best in its class. You won't be disappointed.
I was so impressed with the print quality. I purchased the R3000 for larger prints!

Got a new computer with windows 7 64 bit and neither of my 2 printers would work with 64bit. Tried all types of drivers and solutions and nothing worked. This Epson was a snap! Thank You for an easy exprience! I look forward to using it more and more.

The first picture I printed with my new 837 was not as good as expected. All of the others have been fantastic. I would reccommend this printer to anyone wanting a good picture printer.

I just bought this printer the other day and so far so good!! It was a very easy and smooth setup process. Printes very nicely. I have used the airprint to print pictures from my iphone and it worked great and printed nice pictures. I also really like the touchscreen. I would recommend this printer to others!

My computer operating system did not make my install as easy as would have liked. The problem was in my wireless home network. Until I get my network issue fixed I'm useing the USB connecton. The Artisan 837 is wonderful, I am very pleased with the quality of printing. I don't need a high rate of pages per min. so speed is good. So far, I have only used the printer, and copier modes and haven't needed any thing else yet; I expect they will equally as good when I do need them. I became confident in this printer very quickly. I chose this Epson printer because of the on sale price, the number of features it offered and the size and footprint, was perfect for my needs. In addition before a bought it I checked the price of ink and paper including photo paper to see if it's operating cost fit my budget and I was pleased. After using it a short time I have come to enjoy it's ease of use.
So far, I couldn't be happier (I've had it 3 weeks).

Excellent product

I love the quality of the images. And the printer is user friendly.
One little quibble: I wish it could print on adhesive transparencies,but the ink used in this machine does not adhere to them.
This is too bad, because it was one of the reasons why I bought a new printer. (I was told at the store that it would print on transparencies, but obviously they were misinformed.)
