I am very pleased with this product. It was a gift from my son for Christmas and with it I can copy from my computer, copy documents. Just all kinds of things I haven't learned yet, I would recommend this product... It is great...

Great Printer, adjust curves

Artisan 730 is marvelous. Just some advice to newcomers to the product: you need to work with color settings and color curves to get the prints to look their best. Don't just Plug n Play, or it's likely you'll be disappointed. But if you spend the time to test and tweak the settings (esp. Photoshop) you'll get dazzling results.

After trying other major brands, the Epson all-in-one Artisan 730 printer has met all my expectations on my printing needs. I am able to label/print all my CD/DVD's without the need for stick-on paper labels. The quality is exceptional for the price and the individual ink cartridges save a lot of money.
Only wish I could print larger than 8 by 10 inch photo paper...

I am hooked on Epson

This is my second Epson printer. I love the fact that I didn't need to change the ink that I was buying for my old printer when I changed over. Everything was interchangeable ... love it! This new printer has a smaller footprint than the old .. that's a plus (space is limited). This new printer is crisp and clean when printing even on stock paper. The pictures come out photo quality. My husband was ecstatic! And to top things off it is easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do alot of photo printing,and as for this printer works pretty well the only thing is the tray. I think they are very poor,weak design which make the whole printer cheap looking. I can say it prints pretty decent pictures. If you like printing photos I say you would enjoy

good picture printing, but....

I am professional Photographer. I print lots of pictures using HP, Canon and Epson printers. I think Epson printer is the best for printing photo with good quality and at a reasonable price.
I have a Epson Artisan 725 that I bought last year. Last week suddenly the picture shift color and has vertical lines all over. I tried to do the Print Head Nozzles, the Print head about 20 times (in 7 days apart, not all in one day) nothing helps. Because of that I deduct two stars.
Now the Artisan 725 is a piece of junk with faded color and vertical lines in all printed photos.
This is why I bought this new one Artisan 730. I hope it would last more than one year.

OK but not great

The print quality is fine BUT the paper loading tray /paper catch tray devices are of very flimsy quality. I spend a lot of time trying to get the both correctly aligned particularly when i constantly switch from photo paper to regular paper. Also I was hoping that it would give me more creative ways to present photos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I already own the 725 Artisan which gives me very good printing on photo paper as well as DVD.
