Excellent Printer

This is a great multipurpose printer. I don't typically make a big deal out of something or someone doing what it/they are supposed to do, but the performance of this machine rates the extra attention. Besides all the basic daily functions being performed to my expectations, the ability of this product to print photographs really impressed me. No further need whatsoever to go somewhere to get my photographic prints done. My one and only issue with the machine is that I haven't been able to print in black and white if any of the color ink cartridges needed to be replaced, but it is possible that I just missed the settings to make that possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

An amazing printer

Although I have hardly had a chance to use all of the features of this printer, I have printed wireless from my I Pad as well as photos. The quality of photos using the Premium Glossy 4 x 6 paper is superb. The speed with which the photos are printed enables me to print more of them in such a short period of time. I only wish that the ink cartridges were priced lower because the printing of photos uses up a lot of ink.

excellent printer

I've owned the 730 printer for only 2 weeks but it has performed flawlessly. Easy set up (with USB cable; don't have wireless). Faster responses with printing than my other 13x19 printer (not Epson) and scanning is very efficient and fast. The one negative is the pull-out plastic tray to catch printed items. This "tray" is very flimsy and needs to be handled very carefully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer!

I've had 2 Epson Workforce printers and have loved them both. I received the Artisan 730 as a gift, and it's wonderful. I haven't tried it for printing on a CD, but the prints I have gotten from it are great. Seems to be some sort of trouble with the paper feeder, but it's intermittent. It was easy to set up and get up and running on my wireless network. Haven't tried printing from my cell phone yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WOW Wireless!!!

First off, I run a home business with 2 computers at my location. In addition my daughter has her computer and her laptop and my wife also has a laptop.
After ten years of use my scanner died. Rather than gt just a scanner I opted for a machine that prints/Scans/copies....and got the Artisan 730 from Epson. I saw in the spec's that it could be accessed wireless from a hi-end mobile phone (sold my daughter with that) but, being unfamiliar with wireless equipment I figured I would have to hard wire it to my older computer and possibly be able to run it wireless with my newer computer. Installation was a breeze and when a friend told me that it would access ALL the computers here wireless through the router, I was going, "Yeah, sure."
After it was installed on my two computers and my daughter's main computer and her laptop we did test pages and - what I find amazing - every computer in the house can access and print from the Artisan 730!!!!! All without a single wire!!!
WOW! Wireless! I LOVE it!!!
As an added bonus, my daughter is into photography and is looking forward to running prints that she can sell.

I just made my first photo prints and was amazed at the color quality and precision to detail of the prints I made. Excellent. I made prints of oil paintings I have done.

Easy Installation

Extremely easy installation on MAC. I choose this printer due to the separate inkwells and their colors. Not just normal tri-color as in alot of printers. Plus their location makes it way too easy to replace. The paper source has both regular paper storage and photo paper storage in same tray, making it simple to select from the print screen. The depth of color in my photos and detail is amazing. Finally, the printer is very quiet. This has been an extremely good purchase.
