I HAVE NOT HAD IT FOR VERY LONG AND HAVE ONLY PRINTED 4 X 6 PHOTOS BUT I AM EXCITED TO TRY OUT MY PHOTOSHOP PROGRAM WITH THIS PRINTER.

the printer works great. Photo quality on 4x6 paper is good. the set-up insructions for wireless were not good. the prompts on windows did not display correctly and i had to re-load software to print wirelessly.

Great all-use printer

I bought this Artisan 730 Epson printer because of it's smaller size and multiple ink cartridges. While I do sometimes print photos, my main use is for text papers and scanning. The idea that the black ink can be renewed when low and not needing to change any other cartridges appealed to me, along with the lower cost of the individual ink cartridges.
The Artisan 730 is quieter than the machine it replaced. Scanning is easy, quick, and quiet. Automatic 2 sided printing is great. My only complaint is that when I want to use the second side of paper that was previously printed, I have to pull out the paper tray to insert the page. Not a big deal, just annoying.
Overall, this is a great printer and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent piece of equipment ! I have only had it a few weeks but love it!!!It is user friendly and puts out some great looking copies... The ink is overpriced but it will be offset by the quality and apparent reliability ...5 Stars>>>>

Easy set up

I received my printer this afternoon and had it set up and working in less than an hour. This included unpacking it, removing my old printer and replacing it with th new Epson Artesian 730. I set it upusing the wireless connection, even though it was not recommended and had no problems. It prints great. My next step is setting up a new iPad to print wirelessly when I get one,
