Average printer not worth the price.

the printer actually does quality printing, but the 2-sided printing feature has flaws. It jams up almost every time. It also jams if you are printing several pages not 2-sided.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's a noisy machine. Even when not printing it will start to move internals as if it is looking for attention. Also the wifi is iffy. I found that I could print some documents with no trouble, then moments later the printer would pause and not print any longer. Most vexing to have to unplug the laptop, then USB into the printer to get the job done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

I bought the Artisan 730 to get an air-printer to print from my iPad and iPhone. It works great from the i devices. It prints great photos on photo paper as well as great paper printing. It does a great job on double sided printing as well and it has individual color ink supplies so it is cost efficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson Artisan 730 All-in-One Printer

This is my second Epson Artisan 730 All-in-One Printer . I do a lot of crafts, and the enlarging and reducing of patterns are important to me. This is the easiest printer I have found to do this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is without a doubt, the best printer I'll ever used. Very fast printing on CD/DVD as well as on regular 8x10 paper. I brought 2 of these printers, one for our Church and the other one for myself. I'm thinking real hard about buying another one just in case for some odd reason one of them quit working. I love this printer and want to keep it always. Thank You Epson.

Overall, easy setup, Excellent quality printer.
the Artisan line is one of the best for Photos. especially when you pair it with Epson photo paper. Previous printer Artisan 712, same basic printer, except it didn't have the auto duplicator ( for 2 sided printing ). No complaints, except when 1 color runs out you need to replace before resuming. Chose not to upgrade to the new expessions, the only new line that uses the same quality ink is the XP-850. the others do not use the HD ink like the Artisan line.

The colors are true and crisp. I use this printer for the printing of photos for competition. The only time I use an outside source is if I need to print photos larger than 8 x 10. The photos from this printer are right up there with the quality from a lab. I am very pleased with this unit.
