More than needed

The Artisan 730 was procured for some of the All-IN-One features, most desired was CD/DVD printing. Few other suppliers provide one as easy to use. Some confusion on my part regarding 2 sided print setup and positioning of the output tray caused a call to support. All solved in a short time. Wireless setup was fast and thorough, multiple OS X's running on my network and 2 PC's when next needed. This is a great product so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice printer. Great color. Only complaint is how slow the scanner is. I recently made my granddaughter's wedding invitations and had no trouble printing on cardstock. Two friends of mine had nothing but trouble with their different brand printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT printer. Had it up and running in 20 min. Would have been sooner but had to unwrap 6 ink cartridges. Love the display screen. I have paper tray loaded with paper, and the upper tray with photo 4 X 6 paper. used them both with no trouble at all. I have also printed #10 envelopes. Works outstanding.

Just got this printer today, and so far, am VERY impressed! Setup took under an hour (due to my trying to figure out how to use the touchpad!)
Once I mastered that, it took just minutes until I was up and printing!
Scanner works very well, with clear, accurate reproduction (scanned my receipt).
Pictures turned out sharp and colorful, with faithful reproduction of color. It's much better than my old printer.
Copying function worked flawlessly, too.
Installed software on XP desktop, and Windows 7 laptop, and everything's working smoothly.
My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner

Purchased mostly to print on CDs. Also own Epson NX625.
Both Epsons, and all Epsons I have ever owned, are excellent printers.
The built-in CD tray is very handy. I had previously tried a Canon with an external CD tray but did not like it. The Epson tray is well designed and printing CDs is a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Easy Setup

Brought the printer home today and hook it into the network, took 5 minutes. very, very easy setup. thats the way printers when they are wireless should setup. the all in one paper tray is nice also, can printer a doc or photo without having to change paper. the firmware updated it self after installing printers and drivers on the computer. it also works nice with my andoid phone and my ipad apps. ,, epson keep up the good work. hp is going by the wayside

I just received and installed an Epson Artison 730. I really didn't need another printer, but I did need a printer that would print on CD/DVDs and also that would work in Linux Mint. I was totally blown away with how seamlessly this printer and all related software went into Windows 7. Then, much to my amazement, at soon as I booted up to Linux Mint it saw the Artisan 730 and loaded the driver. I own an Epson 320 and the print CD program could not be upgraded to operate in Windows 7 and there was not a driver to be found for Linus Ubuntu or Mint 64 bit.
I am totally satisfied with this purchase. Thank you Epson and your tech support was totally helpful and correct when I checked with them before the purchase.

This is a good all in one printer. It is fast, brilliant colors on photos and regular paper. Set up was easy, the directions were written in a non-techie language, and it worked the first time I tried to print. I am a little disappointed in the number of sheets it holds.
