This printer is fantastic! I've used it for printing labels directly onto CD's and DVD's, printed photos, as well as printing a wide assortment of both single and double-sided documents. It works great as a scanner and a copier and I absolutely LOVE that is can be used on my wireless network! Keep up the good work, Epson. I can definitely recommend it to others.

I just purchased my 5th Epson product, just love each and everyone of them. I do have to say this Artisan 730 was the easiest to get up an running. Love the print quality for photos. I am in the graphic business and I would recommend Epson each and every time. Thanx

Awesome on Linux!

We have three Linux systems and one Win7 system running, and have used another brand of printer until this last one died last week. Purchased another of their printers, but was not able to find drivers or get it connected. Searching online, I found that Epson was highly rated for Linux support, so we gave it a shot with the Artisan 730. Set up was a breeze, even Wi-Fi, without having to connect the printer to a computer! So pleasantly surprised, that we have just become Epson converts. The printer seems to print very well, and the scanner does a great job (both limited use so far having just hooked the printer up, but tested a number of times for functionality). Great product, highly recommended!

Love it but....

I have been using this printer for about a month and love everything that it does. Now, here is the but, I have used several different scanners and this is the slowest one I have had. But, I love being able to print from any room and the quality is wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scan is quick.
having difficulty finding controls when I want to scan or print.
Wireless indicated that it was not connected but it was. love the wireless.

Excellent Printer

I have had this printer for several months and think it is excellent.
The setting can be a bit cumbersome but all in all it's worth the price.
This is my third Epson printer in 10-12 years and I have been very happy with all of them.

The best printer ever !

I had an "Epson Photo Stylist R320" printer, and it just went out, and stopped working. I was going to get another one, until I saw this printer. The ratings were very good, and I always had problems with the R320 Epson. The CD/DVD plastic drawer kept getting stuck, and many times plastic drawer (i.e. the plastic thing you would put your DVD/CD in) would get stuck at the beginning, and I would have to manually help push it through, or the drawer would just keep going all the way out the back of the printer. I hated that! With this printer, I don't have that problem. This printer has better print quality, and prints the DVDs/CDs about three to four times faster than the other one (i.e. the Epson R320). It's futuristic looking in slick black, and it has no paper showing until it prints. The touch controls are great. I just love it, although the DVD/CD drawer could have been made so that you can put in the DVDs/CDs more easily.
