New item in our household. I was overdue for an upgrade as I have been window shopping for almost a year. I considered a competitor's brand, but was convinced this was more bang for the buck when I it was demonstrated at a local retailer. Purchased at HP Home & Office because it was out of stock locally (good sign), saved more money by doing so as I randomly caught it on the last day of an exclusive online sale. Have never owned anything but HP. This model is truly an ALL-IN-ONE with 4 features, COPY-PRINT-SCAN-FAX.... even has legal size glass. QUALITY and CONVENIENCE....... THANK YOU!

I bought this printer to replace my wife's HP Photosmart C4780 since the software kept kicking it off of our wireless network and assigning it an APIPA address. Needless to say I was skeptical about buying another HP, since the last was such a pain. I did though, and am really pleased. The software is much better, which surprised me since I thought it would be the same HP software. I got the Plus model to have double sided printing automated, and I can't get enough of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Listen, this is super easy to set up. It is fast, prints great quality and is very user friendly. I just drop kicked my Epson Artisian out the door. I should have never switched away from HP Printers in the first place. Way to go HP! I am back baby!

I received the printer one day earlier than expected. Setup was a breeze. Still learning to use the touch pad features. Quieter and doesn't jump around like the 7680 it replaced. Had a lot of trouble in the end with the automatic document feeder on the 7680. Hope it last as long as the old printer. Good product by HP.

This printer has all the futures that one can ask for, the quality of printing is excelent, i love this printer, this is my second hp printer I buy because the reliable printers hp makes, the best in the market in my opinion.

Good buy but w/problems

Cann't get it to 2 side print but will 2 side scan & print and will 2 side copy & print but not 2 side print. It also has a hard time loading card stock paper to print. I will put the card stock in the tray and it keeps telling me to load paper and I have 10 sheets in the tray the pickup fingers just have a hard time with this. Other than these problems I like the printer but will have to use my HP Photosmart C6180 for cards.
