Has so many features, especially being able to print from downstairs from my cell phone, beautiful pictures, print on both sides of paper, copies are excellent.

Setup was pretty easy. Works great. So much improvement over the 6300. Still familiarizing myself with all the features. So far very happy.

The printer was extremely easy to set up and use an a printer. However, the scanning was an issue. Since HP does not have drivers for Mac OX 10.9 yet I have to wait until they do to see if the scanning works like it should. At present unable to scan directly to a folder on my computer and also cannot duplex scan.
The biggest negative is the warranty. I bought the computer 16 October 2013 and called support about the scanning on 26 October 2013. Imagine my surprise to be told the warranty for my printer expired in April 2013 - 6 months before I purchased it! Hopefully, that can get cleared up so if the new drivers do not work as expected I can get support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm having problems coordinating the fax reception with my answering machine. Will try one more thing, having fax answer at 5 rings while answering machine is set at 4 rings. I will test tomorrow when I go to work and send a fax home. Hopefully, according to the manual, it will work. Also, had a problem getting phone service when cable company made me change modems. Couldn't solve the problem so cable co. sent out a tech who just happened to have just gotten the same exact printer. Turns out that we needed to use a phone line with two copper wires in the connector instead of four!
