Random Disconnects

When it works, it works, but at least 5-6 times per week, the unit disconnects and we lose signal in half the house.

I had to move the router to get better performance from the Netgear WiFi Extender. I expected the Extender to perform better.

I’ve been having issues as it just disconnects my pc occasionally and only works very well with my mobile devices

Very poor. Does not work despite trying everything. If you have it plugged right next to router works great. If it is on a different floor, forget it.

Software update needs work

The product is easy to install and connect but trying to work past a glitch with the software update was difficult. The old software was better than the updated version.

Do not see a difference

I cannot tell if its working correctly or not the lights are green seems to be connected but i don t see a difference when connected to my devices and unfortunately the app to analyze the wifi extender doesn’t work with mac products

3 easy steps ... that’s took 2 hours then a 2 hour phone call that ended up with being told to take it back.. got a cheaper different brand and 3 easy steps took 5 mins!! Cross ur fingers!!
