Easy UI. Very easy setup. My home 2700 sq ft on 2 acres with signal everywhere now.

Bought in 2014. Today is September 17th, 2025 Easy user interface. So simple to set up. I had a 5 bdrm , 4 bath home, 2700 sq ft. located on two acres. There was nowhere in the house or property with a dead zone with Netgear EX6100. DEPENDS on your homes construction. Mine has huge glass windows through out. Terrain is flat but lots of Pine and Oak Trees. Am I just lucky, I don't think so I think Netgear makes quality products. .
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is a good product, I have been using it for around 4 years and still working, easy to setup and when need it to be reset is not complicated. Thank you for making a friendly product, easy to use.

Great Range For Streaming

Love the wifi range, I notice you can extend the range on the unit, there is a plus and minus button with is little image of the range greater or lessen it, I did it and it works great just enough to go outside on the porch with the smart phone or device, no in and out of signal, I had this for over a year. Never had a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not very reliable!

I have plugged this device into just about every room in our house to be able to get better coverage, to no avail. I am seriously considering trying a different range extender. I have relied on several NETGEAR products over the years with great success. Not this time though!

Solved the Problem

During the COVID19 crisis we suddenly had 5 family members online all day. 2 college students, a high school student and 2 adults working from home. This Wifi Extender solved our problem of connectivity for the college students that wanted to attend class upstairs--as there was a brick chimney blocking the signal. Easy to set up, with a very stable connection.
