Netgear AC750 is perfect

Bought this range extender hoping it would actually work. To my surprise it worked flawlessly!! My office is on the other side ot the house from my router hub and I could barely pick up signal. Before I moved my router ( huge pain ) I decided to try something to boost the signal. This product was simple and took about 15 min to complete install and worked perfectly. Hats off to the engineers who put this device together has made my life and work exponentially easier. Thank you Netgear!!

I purchased my NETGEAR due to the wifi in our home not reaching the rooms upstairs. Our internet provider didn't do anything to fix or help the situation although we pay a monthly fee for their services. After purchasing and setting up my NETGEAR I haven't had any issues with my internet connection. I'm able to stream movies, play games online via PC and console with no lag. I was able to setup my own password and name as well. It's almost like having personal WiFi/Internet! Awesome! Thank you!

As promise and then some

The "and then some" part: We recently got the latest available wifi router from Cox, and suddenly our older laptop would not maintain it's wifi connection. It would regularly lose its connection although it had been fine previous to the new router. The signal strength was fine...not a large house...but I took a shot and purchased this extender. The signal strength is about the same, but the connection is now stable. I don't know if the extender acts as some sort of filter or otherwise reinforces the 2.4GHz frequency to our older laptop, but we are happy. I installed it both ways, using the automatic sync first then reset and reinstalled using the manual procedure. Much prefer the manual procedure.

So far, so good...

Wifi Router is installed on main level of 3 story home, and could never get good signal in upper or lower level. Installed this extender in middle portion of main level and now get strong signal in all levels. Rated 4 instead of 5 cuz only had the device for a week thus far.

I have had this for a few months, working as an extender on a an older Comcast data/phone modem. It corrected my coverage in the far end of my house. Setup was easy and the range/ reliability prompted us to use it as our main wifi access throughout the entire house ( and out 1800 sf). We recently had to swap the Comcast modem,(it failed) and now have a new Xfi unit. We had some issues with the 2 units working together. I switched to a Netgear Mesh extender to fix that issue. I ran an ethernet cable to my deck and relocated my ac750, switched it to access point, and now I have excellent coverage out to my grill and fire pit.
