Left hanging on line when calling tech support. Re called only to have the girl on the line hang up on me on purpose. I have informed my credit card not to honor your submission. Really poor support people

Good bang for the bucks

This extender is easy to setup and provides good throughput to my base WIFI router. My only complaint is I occasionally have to reboot it in order to get actual data connectivity again, if I've been gone for a long weekend. It doesn't seem to like being idle for long periods, however I've never lost connectivity during a work day.

Every time I plug the netgear extender in all of my equipment freezes up, nothing works until I unplug it. Not happy with it..

Works like it should!

We are using this to make our office printer work through our wifi. It took a pro to set it up but it has been working great with our new HP printer. Happy with it.

Could not get the unit to work as per instructions. Could not get the Genie to execute all the way. Tried to get help and was told the unit was out of warranty. Will never buy Netgear again.
