It “works” (?) but we’ve had issues. Might be related to our WiFi plan but still kinda frustrated.

Perfect device

I needed an extender for my home, and I tried a competitor device. It was flaky, so I purchased the Nethear extender, and I have had much better results.

Can not get it to work

I can not figure out how to connect this extender to my wifi. I called NetGear help and I could not understand the person trying to help me. Finally I figured out he was trying to sell me some kind of computer security. The extender still is not working.

Great product

I purchased two of these due to the size my house. The first one was super easy to set up and install. The second one was a bit trickery. It asked me to go through the full amount setup again. It would be helpful if there was a simple, "add a another device" or something. Now that they are up and running, I have much better coverage inside and outside of my house.

Returned my purchase

Bought two. First installed fine. Went to install sects door couldn’t get product to accept password. Called support and they would only help if I signed up to pay for support. Returned both items.

Wifi in my bedroom, finally!

I was skeptical about the idea of a wifi extender but I pulled the trigger on the netgear ac70 after reading a bunch of reviews and it works great. Finally have wifi in the dead zone which was my bedroom. Set up was super easy with the app!
