Need to improve troubleshooting instruction

Although it is easy to install, want to ask you to improve troubleshooting support such as in case we have trouble to re-connect, or, wants to know the cause of the weak signals. Thank you for your support !

Put it in the hallway near my bedroom, which is the opposite side of the house from the router, and have great connection. I could barely get nor get any connection in my room now I have no problem with my internet and wasn’t hard to set up either.

great extender

I was having trouble getting wifi from the garage ( where everything is connected) to the kitchen and backyard. Purchased this extender. I could not set up on y own, so i contacted customer service and they walked me thru the set up. It now works perfect. I have a quick connection and full bars into the kitchen AND into the backyard ( bluetooth speakers no longer cut out). And I thought I needed a new computer....NOT
