Awesome and easy

I used the app on my phone to get this extender running. It was super easy and the signal has been awesome. My old one kept dropping signal, this extender is working much better than my old one. I highly recommend this extender.

Poor connection - not recommended

Hard to install, and the app continually locked up on my iPhone. Finally got it working - about 5 ft from the router! Any farther and no connection.

Works but slow

Device is extending wifi to a patio area. Router is a Arris. Had to move it several times to get a good link. Took multiple set up attempts to get a stable connection. Does extend wifi about 30 feet but speed suffers very much. 12 Mbps at router and only 2mbps when devices connected to extender. Installed all the latest updates and does not give option to connect with different speeds as install directions say. Is acting more as a mesh system as same network name as router is extended and same password. Easier to connect devices this way but connection speed should not be this slow when extender is within 40 ft of main router

Easy installation and works well

I was replacing a Netgear EX6100. I downloaded Nighthawk and thereafter the installation was effortless. The new extender has a less complicated way of extending the networks created by my router. The extended networks no longer have the "EXT" nomenclature and now use the same networks created by the router. Good job!
