I have made two batches of yogurt. It has been very runny in spite of adding gelatin and tapioca flour as recommended in different blogs. I have tried an 8-hour and 16 hour setting. I will continue to try to figure out the correct combination. The machine is of good quality. The operator may be challenged.

I bought this yogurt maker a month ago to replace an older, low tech yogurt maker. I couldn't be happier with it. It is easy to make great yogurt with no preservatives and at a fraction of the cost. After reading the directions and suggestions, my first batch came out perfect. Also, this is more environmentally sound than buying plastic tubs of yogurt. If you are serious about your yogurt, I recommend this yogurt maker.

I first attempted to make yogurt in my instant pot and failed horribly twice. This machine is excellent at making yogurt. It did take me 4 attempts to find a combination of texture and flavor that I enjoyed. I also use a Greek yogurt strainer because I like thicker yogurt. With this machine you just add your milk add your culture and push the button and forget about it until it’s done.
