My wife and me have had our Cuisinart CYM-100 for over a month now and we have seriously enjoyed the best yogurt of our lives. We both love Greek yogurt but truly did not know what great yogurt really tasted like until now. We simply put 4 cups of whole milk, 1/2 cut dried non fat milk and 1/3 cup yogurt from previous batch, set it for 8 hours and forget it. The next morning we have really smooth and wonderful thick creamy yogurt that is so much better than store bought. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the best yogurt possible.

Really enjoy my daily yogurt. It makes enough for me to fill 4 small mason jars for morning breakfast. Wish it made more! You can adapt for tartness and I make mine mild - about 7 hrs and then cooling 6hrs. So I can make it at 6pm and it’s ready at 7am. This is my second machine, first one died after two years of twice weekly use but it was under warranty so I got a replacement one.

I suffer from ulcerative colitis , many holistic health experts agree that fermented foods provide the best form of probiotics that can be absorbed easily , and 24 hour yogurt is among the best forms available. This machine had changed my life literally , from being in bed sick for days with horrible symptoms and pain , to being able to eat normally again and enjoying my freedom . I can't say enough good things , and the research is undeniable , EVERYONE should own a yogurt maker . Health is wealth and you really don't understand that until you don't have it anymore.

I've used this since purchased and love it. Easy as come be and consistenly turns out yogart the way I like it. I add 1/2C powered milk for increased calcium as I have osteoporsis and 2T of either tapico (preferred) or cornstarch to the standard measurements and set it for either or 13 or 14 hours as I like firmer yogart and don't time or desire to strain and the tarter version. I top it with my homemade granola and this is breakfast very morning. It stays with me so I'm not hungry til lunch. What a great appliance!

I've made yogurt 5 times already and love this yogurt maker! I can stir up the mix...not heating...set it and forget it. The only thing that wasn't clear before I got it is the need to have the yogurt cool in the machine for 12 hours. So... I simply begin the yogurt sometime in the morning (9 hours) and let it sit in the machine cooling overnight. I also strain my yogurt, so that means another few hours...but worth it. The yogurt is smooth and creamy.

Works great except the finished product is too watery. To get a more firm yogurt, you have to strain it which is an extra step that's a bit annoying to have to go through.

My new anti-inflammatory calls for coconut yogart. I live in a rural area, so this ingredient requires hours of travel and it's expensive when I get there! Now, I can make this at home, no fuss. I love it!
