I bought this when our local recycling center quit taking #5 plastic tubs. I now make yogurt weekly in this yogurt maker. While I was a bit surprised at first that I had to warm the milk on the store first, I've gotten used to it. It works perfectly, every time. The feature I appreciate the most is that it cools the yogurt when it is done fermenting. I can set it and forget it, and if it finishes in the middle of the night, it is kept cool until morning.

This is one amazing small appliance and probably the most used appliance in my well equipped kitchen! I make yogurt every other day for the two of us. It is SO quick and easy and tastes SO much better than store bought yogurt. I absolutely love this machine!!!!

This is so easy to use. Just add milk and your starter yogurt, push the button and go. This makes the yogurt and also cools it. You then can remove the insert and put it in the fridge. I love how my yogurt tastes and no preservatives. Plus the cost is minimal compared with buying it. I add nuts, raisins and oatmeal for a muesli .

I bought this due to ease of use and availability of ingredients. It is very easy to use and simple. However, I have not yet been able to make yogurt with any consistency.It is like a yogurt drink. I do prefer a thicker yogurt.
