I purchased this DVD player set, as a replacement for another brand. We frequently drive great distances to see family and friends, and our 7 year old daughter is not one for long trips, without being entertained. I saw this item on the shelf, and thought it would make those trips much better. I was right. Not only does my kid watch DVD movies in the car, so does my wife, thanks to a link cable that allows both screens to view the same movie, at the same time. No more "Are we there yet?" , from either one. That makes this device well worth the purchase. Great visuals, sound and ease of use.

After buying the players, I used them for the first time after
having then for six months. one unit started pausing after is

Called Phillips, they replaced it. The replacement works ok. The
second unit of the pair worked ok. I would recommend them
and give Phillips a grade of A+ for their response.

Easy to set up and install. Nice picture! Nice features for the price. Kids enjoy it on those long trips!

This product is easy to use and is great if you want to play different movies at the same time. The problem I had is that it started failing a few months after purchase. With in one year I returned this item three times because of it not working correctly. I recommend spending a little more for a better product.

One of the things about my girl/boy twins is each of them like to have there own...with the duel movie play back this is possiable. the cons is the plug for inside my "van" is to short to reach from the front to the third row of seats.
Pros: plays video together or seperate
Cons: car plug is to short, speakers on the units are not loud enough, the units can not be played through car speaker

they keep the kids entertained. We enjoy this product very much. It plays all dvds that some others will not.. Easy enough a kid (young) can use it when shown how.
