Problem with pitting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] recently purchased this black stainless range along with matching refrigerator and dishwasher. having a major problem with pitting and staining on stovetop. we faithfully clean it after using.

Won't preheat

this oven has been preheating poorly but i thought i was just imagining things. sadly, today, thanksgiving, the oven has decided to not preheat at all. i have to use the broiler to bring it up to temperature and if i open the oven door the temperature drops 20 degrees and i have to turn the broiler back on to bring the temperature back up. this is my second disappointing samsung appliance and i don't think i'll be buying any more of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first Galaxy and I love the phone. It's the perfect size for me. I didn't want one of those larger size phones. They seem too bulky for an everyday phone. The pictures it takes are great. Resolution is fine for what I need. I'm a runner and have used the music section of the phone extensively. I listen to all my music without any issues what so ever. I would recommend this phone to anyone who likes the "standard" size phone with all the basic capabilities. This phone has everything I need and more. Thank You Samsung!!!!!

The Galaxy S3 is the best phone I have ever had. I customized mine with an Otterbox Wounded Warrior cover.

Great introductory Smart Phone

As I transitioned from a Samsung Intensity III to a smart phone, I was not comfortable with the size of the full-sized Galaxy smart phones so the mini was/is perfect for me.
I like everything about the phone: size, looks, features. After briefly considering a smart phone by another manufacturer, I am extremely glad that I stuck with Samsung (which provides excellent customer service) and look forward to using this phone for quite some time before upgrading to another Samsung smart phone--perhaps a full-sized smart phone.
