yeah it looks good, and priced fair !
BUT....... i purchased a complete kitchen suite.
and have been having issues with oven ever since. ill never buy another samsung appliance. im also having issues with their refridgerator. off i go to leave review their !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven igniter replaced 3 times

This is now the third time I have had to replace the oven igniter. The oven is 8 years old. The first 2 times the oven would not light at all . This time we sometimes smell gas when it is on. Each time it involves a very expensive repair man visit. We have started buying extra igniters. This is absurd.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. We bought a 2 yr old house with the whole kitchen outfitted in new Samsung products. The dishwasher has been disassembled multiple times because it simply stops working 30 sec into a cycle because the fill level sensors get water scale on them. The fridge was total garbage with the ice maker malfunctioning and freezing over every 2 weeks and I had to get rid of it after it wouldn’t cool lower than 50°. The oven temp is all over the place and will never keep a consistent temp. Set it at 200 and it won’t go over 150. Set it to 400 and it goes to 475 and burns everything. I’ve spent a lot of $$ on parts and a ton of time researching and working on this garbage. It’s amazing they get away with selling this junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this product worked great for about 2 years than the oven went out and thankfully i bought the extended warranty so got that fixed and less than a year later it went out again,, never again will i buy a samsung appliance bc something similar happened with my refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Product

I have had this for 2 years and now the oven doesn't even heat up. I have followed the manual and still doesn't heat. I paid $1600+ from HD while redoing my kitchen. Samsung told me that it only has a 1 year warranty which is a crock of crap. They told me I would need a service call which estimates would be $220-$400 depending on parts needed which I think it is the heating element. I do have to say that I will no longer be purchasing any Samsung product in the future because they cant make their products last longer than 2 years which is ridiculous. Poor Costumer Service and they obviously don't stand behind their product. Make it right and pay for someone to come out and diagnose it and then I will make the decision to fix it or junk it based off cost. Why should I pay for a service call?

Do not recommend, and if their AI support is any example of their workmanship run! Even my Samsung refrigerator had immediate problems! They get you on appearance!
