do not self clean this product. this oven is less than 4 years old. after self cleaning the control screen is now black and not working.this shouldn't happen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the install wasn't quite what i expected for a "professional install" (from xpo/samsung) but after my electrician and plumber took care of me this new oven came to life! coming from my old electric this is amazing! pre-heats extremely fast, has many burner options and included both a probe as well as very nice cast-iron skillet. stainless steel finish appears to be very high-quality and wipes easily. so far, this has been a very-exciting purchase for us and can't wait to get cooking!

Great stove

the stove is great with one exception the griddle burner on top of stove does not have enough flame to cook an egg. i wish there was a remedy for this then it would be a five star
