[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's been for 4 month thus far... and so far so good. it's taken a bit of time to get used to the convection oven cook times. big test will be cleanup in the next couple of months.

Poor Quality and customer service

right before thanksgiving the oven quit working. cs told me there was on one in my area that could come fix my oven until the spring. last samsung product i will ever buy.

the top is stainless steel and requires that the grates be removed and wiped down with a soft cloth after each use. ridiculous. very disappointed.

Worst Stove

the bigger burner stopped working auto-ignite after 3 or 4 months. when we switch from medium to higher the flames blow up. all my $1500 are waste.

Igniter Repair - Expensive!

so frustrated our 3 1/2yr oven’s igniter broke - samsung repair service expensive! service call $97, repair $350. thinking ge for a more reliable appliance and reasonable repairs!
