I have all Samsung appliances including washer and dryer. I purchased this stove In September. This stove is my first non 5 star Samsung rating. The stove top grates (maybe cast iron) are not coated which has ruined the outside my pots and pans (scratched). The stove adjustment is too high, cannot lower the feet far enough to line up with the countertop leaving about an inch gap. Good points.... Large capacity, cooks great, heats quickly, convection bake!!
Cons: non coated grates, height adjustment
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Gas Stove

Everything about this slide-in stove exceeds our expectations. The burner controls are super. The hi BTU burner in right-front with a dual set of burner rings for hi and/or lo BTU use is clever and we love it. The front control panel with touch-screen access is very convenient. The oven is large and has great heat distribution with convection fans. Overall a really nice design.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, great burner controls

I bought this 11months ago and absolutely love it and I am glad I bought this gas range. Auto fan cooling is an awesome feature and avoids smoke or smell inside the home. Convention has multiple features which are good for the person who bakes a lot. My most favorite feature is lock system on touch screen so it avoids kids to mess around the touch screen and start the oven accidentally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this oven in 2016 after looking at and comparing other models. It has been a disappointment from the get go. First, when i place my pans on the range top grates, they will tip to the side because of how the grates are made. So, I have to place them a little off center to balance. I used the center grill once and did not like how it cooked and haven't used it since. It seemed to not be hot enough. Thirdly, the painted diagrams above the knobs that show which burner they belong to have worn off with cleaning. I've used the self cleaner twice. Once on the two hour timer and it didn't clean the inside or window well at all. So, the second time, I increased the cleaning time and the inner heat fuse shut the oven down and locked the door which resulted in a repairman having to come out and replace the fuse. Now, I've been afraid to self clean the oven for fear it will do it again. For the price I spent on the oven, this was a huge disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slide in makes very good design and prevent food particles and other particles to fall between the range and countertop. Front right burner has dual burner (large and small in one place) so you can use large burner for high and small for low as you turn the knob. Idea was great, but transition between large/small burner is not smooth. Not sure how to explain, but when you change from low to high, fire gets large (be careful) as it catches fire a bit slow and burns the leaking gas, as it transitions from small to large burner. Also, long middle burner is good idea, but it is hardly used.

Great Oven! Stovetop is disappointing

oven is great! the grates have coating coming off and looks terrible, the griddle doesn't heat evenly and is useless. the settings are great and easy to use!

Poor warranty

hard to write a review when only given minimal characters. rubber feet melted on bottom of burner grate. igniter broke due to regular cleaning. poor warranty!!!
