Only have the range installed for about a week so can only review with limited experience.
Unit seems to be well built although nothing stands out as 'wow, this is really well made". This is my second stove so can only compare to that.
The stainless steel top scratches easy, got one putting the grills in. These have rubber pads, hope they don't fall off.
Assembly was easy enough and you will need a small 9/32 or 7mm wrench for the FR burners horizontal jets, no socket will fit in that small space.
Burners light easily and have plenty of flame. I had to adjust a few down as even on low it was too hot.
Interface works well, touch is good, hope it lasts a long time. I worry about electronics in a product like this, just how long will it go before problems?
All in all I'm happy with it. It's not a high end fancy cook stove but it looks good and works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got this installed yesterday and haven't used it much, but everything about it is solid and heavy. Love the extra touches like the glass control panel (not plastic, thank you!), and the wok and griddle. The warmer drawer, too, slides with much more precision than other brands.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, love the black stainless!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works well - uniformly heats and fast.
I would like to have the grill that will support both Flat and Round bottomed cooking vessels. With the Wok grill the flame is so far below it takes a little while longer. If the current grill had a design with the opening in the middle (just above the flame) it would accommodate both flat bottom and round bottom vessels- no need to have the extra Wok grill.
Pros: Durable, slide-in
Cons: grill does not accommodate round bottomed vessels, grill too high above the flame.

Just got it installed today but it looks beautiful in my kitchen and has the feel of well-made oven. Love all the features and look forward to many years of good meals with this oven!

Range - really nice

This is the third product we purchased from Samsung. The product is really nice, and has a lot of features. We had to have our local heating and cooling person hook up the range for us because we use propane. Everything seemed to go in well. The burners really give a good flame. The warming drawer at the bottom is a nice feature too. The only negatives we knew about were identified by our installer. First, the door seemed difficult to take off and put back on. However, I am sure this will become easier as we understand the product more. The other, we suggest Samsung give an option to the buyers to state what type of gas will be used on the gas stove. The reason, if you use propane like we have to, there are a couple little parts to all the burners (top of range and oven) that need to be changed out for propane use. Additionally, the range needs to be adjusted for propane. If Samsung would have their retailers ask at purchase, the range or stove could arrive already set for installation. Watching our installer change the range over to propane, he was having a little difficulty because some of the parts are in tiny areas that a ratchet couldn't access, meaning he had to use his fingers. Additionally, for the oven area, he practically had to take everything apart to change out the parts.
Pros: Bright display, looks nice!, we like the features
Cons: converting to propane, oven door taking off and putting on

Stove does Not lower enough for wings to touch counter top!

The legs on the stove will not adjust low enough to touch the counter top on either side. When adjusted as low as it will go, it has a one half inch gap under the wing (from the wing to the counter top). Will have to cut the floor to lower the stove or raise the counter top. Food and stuff can easily slip under the lip. The stove does look nice and we used the cook top a couple times so far. Will post again after we use it awhile. For all this Money, it would be better if it would fit lower.
Pros: pretty
Cons: Did not meet expectations, expensive
