Poor Quality

Unfortunately replaced most of my kitchen appliances w/ Samsung Stainless Steel. Had gas previously. This oven overheats so have to adjust shelves and cooking time to prevent food from burning. SS is very poor quality. Salt scratched it the first time I tried to clean the range top. The cast iron (?) burner caps stain very easily. The closest to clean I've gotten them is with a magic eraser. Also the "cast iron ?" is chipping off the large center burner cap. Not even had it a year.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, very poor quality stainless steel
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The range top has scratches from salt, and the cast iron caps easily stain and chip. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. oven and control panel died completely after a self clean cycle. its a known issue. range/oven is less than 3 years old. and it cost a pretty penny. i guess they dont make em like they used to.

I have had this range for a little over a month. I had to call Samsung service twice already to address 1) lose of sound on the control panel and 2) bake function not working. The product looks really good, but the quality is poor from my experience. Avoid buying.

Professional features, reasonable price

We are now spoiled, our old stove/range had four burners two of which we never used. It was adjustable from a boiling simmer to the flame going out.
This Samsung has wonderful even burners you can easily achieve anything from an imperceptible simmer to a full rolling boil.
The oven is also amazing, we bake our tortilla chips and you can put in a full tray, set the timer for 11 mins. and the tray is perfectly cooked very even and that's not using convection.
Pros: cooking precision
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simply Amazing

I recently remodeled my kitchen, and was trying to decide which appliances to go with. I came across this and fell in love with it. Touch screen display, even cooking, 5 huge burners, and makes my kitchen look amazing. My family and friends are talking about getting them now. Great product, I highly recommend.

The burners heat well and work well with a pressure cooker. The oven also works well. It fit in our space perfectly. We are very happy with the range so far however haven't used it that much. I haven't used the convection oven yet so need to read the book to make sure that works well also.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color
