We Love New Samsung Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved to a new state. The place that we bought needed a full gut in the kitchen and since we had sold our old house with all appliances included, this was a chance to start out with a clean slate.
We researched extensively on line and with a well known consumer organization and settled on our Samsung range.
We've put it through its paces having done a couple of large family meals and plenty of baking and roasting.
The wide range of burners accommodates pretty much any size pot or pan and handles everything from a very slow simmer of delicate sauces to a rolling boil for pasta.
The large center griddle is great for cooking up a pound of bacon and stacks of pancakes.
The broiler does an excellent job broiling salmon to perfection and does a great job of evenly toasting baguette slices for garlic bread or bruschetta.
About the only thing that we have not tried is the wok frame. We don't have a wok yet, but hey, you never know what we might try next!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great but does not slide right back to the wall due to gas pipes etc, therefore I am looking for a piece 3 1/2 inches that can be attached to the unit to fill in the gap between the unit and wall. Any advice?

Bought this a few years back and it’s poorly made. The knobs break so easily and they’re very expensive to replace!

Ignition switch woes

I have had this range for at least 7 years now. I replaced the ignition switch for the first time after about 2 years. I have replaced it a total of 5 times and it is broken AGAIN so I have decided to replace the oven. Reading reviews - this is a consistent issue (kind of like Samsung refrigerators and broken ice machines - I have one of those lemons too). I am not sure how Samsung can continue making products that don't hold up due to known issues without some accountability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
