Locks Up

This would be my daughters favorite game, but it locks up constantly and frustrates us all! I am not finding any information online on how to fix this issue, so I guess I'll have to sit on hold for customer service on my lunch hour tomorrow. I will update if they are able to resolve this.

Great game but glitchy

Not a whole lot of learning here but my daughter loves this game. Though she cant seem to play it for more than 10 min without it freezing up, seems a few others are having this problem as well. Also having problems getting it to read the cartridge sometimes. I tried master resetting the leappad but no luck, hopefully customer service can take care of this issue but i'm not getting my hopes up.
Pros: Fun for kids
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would be great but game consistantly freezes.

Daughter loves the game but it freezes way to often which requires the batteries to be pulled on the leappad 2. This is the only cartridge game that freezes that we have. Until this is resolved then rated 1 will adjust if this is fixed.
Pros: Fun for kids
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constantly Freezes

My children love this game they just got for Christmas but it constantly freezes the entire unit. The only way to get the Leappad to work is to take the batteries out and restart. Going to try the app download without the cartridge to see if that resolves anything.

Freeze UP

This is by far my daughters favorite game that she received for Christmas and the game continually freezes up the whole game system (including all the buttons on the Leap Pad2) the only fix is to take off the gel skin and then take out the battery pack. It takes me longer to get all of that done than she is able to play the game. We've replaced the game twice in one week and the replacement freezes as well and then on the third return I had her settle for a different game.
Pros: Fun for kids

Beware lockup / freeze

Bought the cartridge game for use on two Leappad 2s. Kids absolutely love the game (3 and 5 years old). Only complaint, and its a BIG one, is that the game consistently locks up after 10-15 minutes (with both Leappad units). The only remedy is to remove the batteries, made more difficult since we wave the gel covers on both. We numerous other downloaded and cartridge content, none of them have exhibited this problem so far. This is the only reason for the 1-star rating; otherwise its at least a 4-star product.
I have seen many reviews with this problem, for both download and cartridge. Be VERY careful spending money on this game.

Freezes

I have two LeapPad 2's for my twin sons, and 2 of these cartridges so they don't fight over them.
They both LOVE the game, but it is CONSTANTLY freezing with the only remedy to pull the batteries and put them back in again. None of their other cartridges do this and it's pretty frustrating for all of us.

Excellent game

My 7 yr old LOVES this game, but gets very frustrated because it ALWAYS FREEZES UP! It wont let us do anything, we can't even turn it off. We have to take the batteries out & put them back in. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS! WHAT CAN WE DO TO FIX THIS?
Pros: Good for on-the-go play, Fun for kids, Grows with child
