Great Monitor

I have cable TV capability on my computer I use infrequently and the pictures are crystal clear. The 23 inch screen is too large for text viewing and often their is too much brightness on the sides of pages.
It can be adjusted I am sure.
I do like and reccomend this montior.
I would recommend this to a friend!

High Quality Monitor

Was looking for a good 23" monitor to tie to my 23" All-In-One. This one fit the bill. Even though it doesn't have the same overall dimensions, when placed next to one another, the screens align quite nicely. The only wish that I have is that it would be nice to include a color card so that the two monitors could be adjusted to match in color. It took some trial and error but I now have them very close since the x2301 can be adjusted right from the pedestal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HP apparently took all of the electronic "guts" of a monitor other than the LCD and the LED backlight and put them in the base of this monitor. The result is a screen that's incredibly thin. That's of secondary importance to performance of course, but space is precious in my home office setup with multiple computers and a TV all there and this helps. To my eye, performance hasn't been compromised in any way as the color is gorgeous and uniform across the screen. The price was competitive, so I couldn't be happier.

Very lightweight with a comfortably bright screen. Angle viewing is not distorted as with prior smaller screens. Tilts easily and holds position well.

Awesome Monitor

Just purchased the HP x2301 and I'm totally impressed. Everything from the fonts to the .mov files are sharp and crystal clear. Add to that it's slim slim styling and low footprint, and you've got yourself a winner.

Setup was a breeze. Pictoral instructions were helpful, but not even needed. Open box, pull off the plastic, plug in and start using. Controls on front of stand provide easy access to monitor settings and adjustment. Love the size and aspect ratio - easily accommodates working on two full documents side by side.
